The mental risk assessment determines work-related health and meets the legal requirements for “risk assessment of mental stress” (cf. §5 ArbSchG) in Germany. With the anonymous query of the framework conditions and the experienced effects on the work and life situation, value creation and performance can be determined and forecast for the future. The evaluation allows predictions for health-related productivity, taking demographic change into account.
